Officiating Within the Diocese
If you are a visiting clergy wishing to officiate a wedding (or other sacrament) at a parish, worshipping community, or Grace Point Camp and Retreat Center, please first contact the Rector, Priest or Deacons in Charge, Vicar, or Senior Warden of that facility. It will then be their responsibility to request that permission in writing (by electronic means) from the Bishop.
If you wish to officiate a wedding (or other sacrament) at a non-sacred venue within the physical boundaries of the Diocese, you may request permission directly from the Bishop at bcole@dioet.org; please also copy to the Episcopal Engagement Specialist at jhumber@dioet.org.
