Thankful Memorial in Chattanooga will dedicate and bless the new Ed Johnson Capstone Memorial in their garden on June 19 (Juneteenth) after the 10:00 am service. The capstone memorial was created after the replacement of the sanctuary roof to honor Ed Johnson who worked as a stone mason on the sanctuary before being lynched in 1906.
