The Ayres Center for Spiritual Development is hosting Susan Packard in a discussion about Centering Prayer and how this practice can benefit your day to day life. This is event takes place on Zoom from 12:00-1:00 pm Central/1:00-2:00 pm Eastern.

Not only is Susan a media entrepreneur, but she is also an author, teacher, and someone who shares her practices of good emotional health, which includes Centering Prayer as a regular part of her daily life.
