Beyond the Five Senses Workshop

Our capacity for sensory exploration goes far beyond the classic five senses. During this workshop we will explore a deep connection to your physical body through enhanced awareness that turns your sensing capacity inwards through gentle yoga, breathwork and mindfulness meditation with visualization. This event takes place on Zoom from 12:00-1:00 pm Central / 1:00-2:00 pm Eastern.
