CLEVELAND, TN – Trailhead Episcopal Campus Ministry, based at St. Luke’s in Cleveland, TN, is an emerging campus ministry for Lee University students working to give a safe harbor to students and young adults in our community who, for any number of reasons, have not felt welcome in the Church. Trailhead aims to build a community of young people rooted in the ancient tradition of Anglican Christianity and engaged in the work God is doing in the world today.
Ryan Lockwood, the current leadership for Trailhead, recently applied for and was awarded a Young Adult and Campus Ministry grant from The Episcopal Church.
“I’m extremely grateful to have received a grant to support us in this work, enabling our next Young Adults Coordinator to devote more of their time to ministering to our students. Trailhead meets at St. Luke’s every Thursday night at 8:00 PM to talk about life, faith, and discipleship, and closes every meeting with a service of Evening Prayer. I ask you to pray for this ministry and our students as we navigate this new season. Thank you.” -Ryan Lockwood
