St. Paul Seymour Celebrates 20 Year Anniversary

St. Paul Episcopal Church in Seymour will commemorate their 20th year on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. We will gather to socialize in the Parish Hall at 6:00; dinner will be served at 6:30. Following the meal, we will gather for an evening service Officiated by Bishop Cole where we will take a look back at the past, give thanks for where we are today, and pray for God’s guidance as we move toward the future.
The first Episcopal service was held in August of 2005 with the formation of St. Paul Episcopal Church being announced by Bishop Charles vonRosenberg two months later. It was a new congregation, worshipping in an historic building (constructed in 1857) that was home to Trundles Crossroads Methodist Church for over 100 years. After starting out with less than a half dozen souls, St. Paul grew to over 50 members and was granted Parish status at the 2012 Diocesan Convention.
