In collaboration with The Diocese of East Tennessee’s Christian Formation Task Force, The Rev. Caroline Vogel is offering Mindful Christianity on 4 Wednesdays this fall. We’ll spend 45 minutes together learning and practicing The Spiral Up Prayer (Created by Laurel Mellin, Health Psychologist and Founder of Emotional Brain Training (EBT), sitting meditation/prayer, a little gentle movement and considering how we might harness our faith and mindfulness practices to live with a greater sense of peace and connection to ourselves and God during these stressful times.

Wednesdays (Sep 15, Sep 22, Sep 29, Oct 6) at 12:15 PM ET to practice Mindful Christianity.
